Postage & Returns Policy

We use Royal Mail for all of our postal deliveries. Unfortunately, once dispatched, Genius Wax are not liable for any missing post or damage to products. Please let us know if this happens and we will help as much a we can or you can contact Royal Mail directly to raise a dispute with them.

Due to the majority of our products being wax based, we cannot determine wether an item will be broken or melted whilst in transit, in this case again we are not liable as this is out of our control. Unless faulty, we request that returns are made within 30 calendar days from the date you received the item. To be eligible for exchanges/refunds, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you have received it. Your item must be in the original packaging you will need to provide proof of purchase (invoice)
